A fish named Ben

The markets did okay today
$DJI ( ▲ 0.64% )  
$SPY ( ▲ 0.51% )  
$QQQ ( ▲ 0.44% )  
$IWM ( ▼ 0.31% )  

When I was a younger man I had a good buddy lets call him “Bob”
Bob was a bit older than me, and we were fishing buddies
He was a good person, I mean a really, really good person, but he was like that character out of “Mr. Bo Jangles” and unfortunately, that became his downfall

Bob and I had access to a farmers pond where we’d go fish, and there was one, a catfish that we named Ben, that got away….. I don’t know how many times we went out fishing for Ben. We’d get him on the line but he would always break free. I had Ben on the shore one time, but he managed to get back as I slipped and tripped thru the mud. I know, I don’t think, I don’t believe, I know Ben weighed 26lbs!!!! I could feel it!!!!! 🙃 Ben got away!!!

That’s how I felt all day today after not highlighting $GOOG ( ▲ 1.57% ) this morning
I thought about it, even looked at it, but went with $NVDA ( ▼ 0.64% )  
Should of done both
We still have open plays on GOOG, and will be looking at adding to those

$META ( ▲ 2.06% ) yes I said META, and $AAPL ( ▲ 2.97% ) both rose today on the cusps of their earnings releases… Good news from either of them would be welcomed and the market could use a boost

We here at theoptionscoach.net are bullish on tech right now that’s no secret
We don’t chase, and we don’t allow trades to turn into “investments”
Where ever my old buddy Bob is, maybe in heaven by now, I hope he’s well
Tomorrow is another day, and another chance to go after the “Ben” in the proverbial stock pond. Lets not let em “get away” 😉
