And then they came

All 3 major indexes closed green today, barely but we will take it
The Heat Map you will see is pretty mixed, big tech with banking helped keep things afloat
Our old friend WMT not so much

The Shorts, the shorts came and did some “covering” today here and there and that helped the market for sure
2025 is a stock pickers market, we have been saying that since the start of the year, today that is evident it’s still in effect.. Without the shorts covering on the pops today we may not of had the decent day we did, but there was some chop along the way

Sunday night I spoke about all 3 of these…..All 3 were highlighted this morning here at theoptionscoach.net 
APP +1.85% today Up 10.27% on the week
JPM +1.24% today Up 3.93% on the week
META +1.23% today Up 5.04% on the week

None of them closed on the days highs, close, but not there
The META trade that we shared yesterday morning and then took is doing well
This is how it looked at the high today
Up 48.66% or $10,750.00 on our investment of $22,000.00

I’ve said this before
“In Options, pricing is everything”
After the recent selloff we are able to get our Options at much better prices, not because the stock price is lower, but because the metrics have all been reset. The lower stock prices is like the cherry on the top, not the desert itself
We are focusing on stocks that fit our model right now more than usual, the reason why is the great returns like with META above
Only up 5% as a stock but over 48% as a Option?
We are fans of that kind of returns

It won’t be long, another month at the most and earnings season will be back
Until then the game plan is to continue to capitalize off of these moves
Rotation may happen faster than normal here, the volatility is slow right now, that doesn’t mean its gone, but if it returns, our game plan is in place
