Ladies from "The County"

You know how companies hire people to walk around and put fliers on your door?
Well a group of ladies was out doing that here today, only they were health care workers for the county where I live. It was a invite for an upcoming “Walk and Talk” with health care professionals, doctors, nurses and everyone in between

In the county where I live the average male lives to be 82
In the county where I lived before this, the average male only lives to be 71

Here are some of the things they calculate by:
First and foremost is deaths in the county, they take the ages, and average it out
Education level, that doesn’t mean anyone is any smarter, but it typically means better jobs, with better jobs comes MORE health care options, not just 1 or 2 doctors on the list
Crime, people that live in higher crime areas die sooner, things like stress, pollution, even noise pollution.. Those raise in the heart what is known as “Oxidative Stress”
Diet, good gawd almighty, what we eat, and how much we move ON A REGULAR BASIS plays such a HUGE role in our longevity….


Do you think that stocks are any different?
To go farther, ( live longer / rise higher ) they need:
Sales……. Sales……. Sales……..
Growth…………. Sales….. And then more sales……
Good things coming out ( news announcements about fresh new products )
Investor sentiment
Good Earnings reports with good forward guidance
( Earnings season starts in just 4 more weeks!!! )

$NVDA ( ▲ 0.35% ) I thought of adding it to our list of Strangle plays this morning and wish I had
It’s breaking out of its box as we speak and looks good here. Its already up 4.64% on the week
Should a pullback happen we would be watching for bounces off of the $183.00 area

$SPY ( ▲ 0.34% ) is one that I did take today and adjusted on the way
It’s up, but nothing to write home about, yettt……..
$META ( ▼ 2.32% ) as I mentioned the other day is in a down trend. Right now its down at support, if it turns north in this area here we will be buyers
$APP ( ▼ 2.01% ) Do you remember APP? We were in it for a minute a while ago, well that sucker is already up over 7.5% on the week….. And ready???? 50.14% on the month
We’re not chasing it here but it’s back on the W.L. with any pullbacks

A couple of Tuesdays each month I step away to go volunteer teaching senior citizens acrylic painting. There’s a gentleman in there named “Mr Kenny” He’s “79 years young”
Well he just got back from Utah where he hiked at 4 different National parks to include Moab and Zion. Just this year I was in Zion, the hills are hell, all rock or hard dirt with rocks
Last week Mr Kenny and friends hiked over 20 miles, on those mountains, again, he’s 79…..

Stocks, people, if either wants to last a long time they have to move….
