New Year, New Day

Pretty mixed bag today

Just last night I wrote about how Tech has led the way the past 5 Januaries in a row
And over all it’s the QQQ that historically wins the start of the year
NVDA and META both broke north
AAPL, MSFT and GOOG did not join the party… Is 2025 going to be the year “MAG 7” dissipates? Personally, I doubt it
Today was a good day for us, and we’ll take it

Speaking of good, CRS which I highlighted this morning was up above 5% at one point today and closed up 3.5%
We here at theoptionscoach.net did take Options on it today and are happy to report that we are ITM 😁 
This is one we will continue to monitor for additional add on points
RDW came back to life closing up 4.20%

TSLA::::::::::: Lets Talk
This is what I posted on Sunday night about TSLA

~~TSLA is by far the leader of gains in the past 3 months. The current pull back it had this week may offer a fresh entry as it’s hovering the 20 EMA in this area. Should it break south 395 and then 365 are the areas of major support~~

This is a prime example of WHY WE DO NOT MARRY STOCKS
TSLA did not hold the 20 EMA, it broke south
I’ve said a million times, set price limits, set STOPS, honor those STOPS

Most traders won’t and then most traders don’t, that’s why a stock is able to have a big flush that just keeps going until the bleeding stops

Last night I found CRS through the fresh scan to start the New Year
Four other new names popped up that are worthy of attention
One of them closed up over 2% on the day
Tomorrow is another day
