Pre Market FEB 7, 2025

Stocks are mixed here in the Pre today

Barron’s is reporting that 76% of all stocks that have released earnings this quarter have beat. That feels about right. Unfortunately a few really big names are in the miss column
Names like GOOG, MSFT and now AMZN are all major players that help drive the markets

I had a recovery plan in place for fresh GOOG trades but it’s not moving yet
AMZN has a longggggg history of times it misses or drops, it gets in nooo quick hurry to make that space back up

Yet yesterday NVDA which we highlighted yesterday morning rose close to 3% on the day
META is up 0.35% here in the Pre and is up 3.31% for the week
WMT is flat as rock, let’s hope it fools everyone and goes for a “moon shot” Remember it’s up at the top of it’s channel now, Volume is needed

SFM wowwwww just hit a new ATH here in the Pre
It’s now up over $170.00 a share
What was out initial entry? $68.00’sh?

JPM just hit a new ATH here in the Pre also
We are seeing some very “Unusual Options Activity” today

280 / 285 are 2.17 at the MID
280 / 290 are 3.79 at the MID

Blind Calls
280’s are 6.55 at the MID

As of late we find keep finding ourselves “in between prices” as JPM has increments of $5.00 and the next level is the 280. JPM is up 3.60% on the week and at the top of it’s channel too, Volume needed

The market is trying to work it’s way through a “not-normal “ rotation
You have big giant names that have all dropped
Oher tech names that are marching north
Consumer staples that are all at what we would typically consider a pullback stage, yet they just keep marching on
This is truly a stock pickers market

We never buy when a stock is red
Set STOPS and HONOR THEM

S+P 500 Support is 6,050
