Pre Market

Good morning traders, how are you today?
If your new here welcome
The markets are reddish here in the Pre
$DJI ( ▼ 0.56% )
$SPY ( ▼ 0.92% )
$QQQ ( ▼ 1.64% )
$IWM ( ▲ 0.2% )
Legs, how strong are your legs? Dr’s now say it’s not your cholesterol level or BP readings that will tell them how long you live, but your leg strength. And a bad thing is women’s leg strength deteriorates faster than men’s, that is why women are more susceptible to falls later in life putting them at risk for broken hips
And what’s called our 2nd heart is in our calves, it’s a valve that controls blood flow from your deep soleus muscle, or “the venous muscle pump” Ask your Cardiologist, they’ll know
The calve muscles control how the blood circulates from your feet back up to your heart
Weak calves = weak heart / week legs = shorter life expectancy
Sunday I said that $CASY ( ▲ 1.41% ) was our newest BFF
And it is 😁 😄 😁
Monday I shared 2 positions I had on it
The 600 Calls for this Friday that were up 177% in one day
When we buy shorter dated trades we take on more risk. That is because what if the stock pulls back and we don’t have enough time for it to recover?
But when we take risks we are also rewarded with greater gains when it goes our way
Then the 600 Calls for FEB 20 that were up over 65%
Those had 5 weeks until expiration, not 5 days… 4.5 weeks left still
Last night AH’s the stock rose 1.64%….. This morning it’s flat
Legs, this one has strong legs
Here at theoptionscoach.net
We don’t chase stocks
We don’t go long if a stock is red
We buy at the MID price or better
We set STOPS and HONOR them
CASY its tricky here
Lets go with Bull Call Spreads for right now
We’ll have some downside protection in case it does pull back
FEB 20, 2026
Buy the 600 Call
Sell the 610 Call
The MID is 5.20
Should CASY hold strong and Volume come in and your willing to put on some risk
Long Calls ( same date ) at the 610 are 16.40 at the MID
Watch for potential pullbacks first
Like I said, its tricky here
What investment is rudimentary for billionaires but ‘revolutionary’ for 70,571+ investors entering 2026?
Imagine this. You open your phone to an alert. It says, “you spent $236,000,000 more this month than you did last month.”
If you were the top bidder at Sotheby’s fall auctions, it could be reality.
Sounds crazy, right? But when the ultra-wealthy spend staggering amounts on blue-chip art, it’s not just for decoration.
The scarcity of these treasured artworks has helped drive their prices, in exceptional cases, to thin-air heights, without moving in lockstep with other asset classes.
The contemporary and post war segments have even outpaced the S&P 500 overall since 1995.*
Now, over 70,000 people have invested $1.2 billion+ across 500 iconic artworks featuring Banksy, Basquiat, Picasso, and more.
How? You don’t need Medici money to invest in multimillion dollar artworks with Masterworks.
Thousands of members have gotten annualized net returns like 14.6%, 17.6%, and 17.8% from 26 sales to date.

$JPM ( ▼ 0.76% ) got punk smacked yesterday after earnings then the inflation report
That’s not to mention everything else had to endure with talk of credit card interests caps
The good thing however is JPM is prone to making strong recoveries after drawdowns like this
Bull Call Spreads for FEB 20, 2026
Buy the 310 Call
Sell the 315 Call
The MID is at 2.55
Feeling froggy?
Long Calls with no downside protection
The 310.00 Calls 10.10 are at the MID
$310.00 We want JPM to hold 310 here
While I’m not a paid spokesperson or work for $AMZN ( ▼ 2.14% ) I swear by these things and have had several of my friends buy them. They’re slant boards. I have a torn meniscus in my right leg, the gas pedal leg, and for years it bugged the heck out of me..
These have been a total / complete / absolute / game changer. You can adjust the angle of the slant, and I would suggest buying 2, put them side by side, using just one is like having your feet next to each other. Regardless of your age, or anything else, we all have the same muscles, joints, tendons and 24 hours in a day… I even took them with me to South America. I’ll never leave home with out them. They’ve made my legs that much stronger, which has made my life so much better…

It’s time to grind

From “The $GOOG ( ▼ 0.76% ) “
Yes, strong legs save lives by significantly boosting longevity, independence, and overall health, acting as a key predictor for preventing falls, managing metabolic diseases (like diabetes), improving heart health, and even supporting cognitive function, with research showing stronger leg strength correlates with lower all-cause mortality. This strength allows for better mobility, essential daily activities, and helps buffer against illness, making it a crucial marker for healthy aging beyond just weight or overall muscle mass, according to studies cited by sources like Harvard Health and Vogue.
