Stocks are “greenish” here in the Pre Market

Our old friend GE blasted earnings and is now up over 8% this morning
GE is breaking Resistance from a long term box, we like that and will be revisiting it here with hopes of a new trend north

Are all red, could simply be profit taking from their recent moves, and it is early, still over an hour away until the bell

I’ve always said that the markets reflect real life
Real people patriciate in the markets
Yesterday I lost a long time, decades long, good friend
She was only 60, married, kids, grandkids
The lady next door type
We as people have to take care of ourselves
If your version of self care is going to the doctor 3 times a week and being on every medication out there, that is sooo not good
And I truly hope it gets better for you
I’m talking about being pre-emptive
Taking care of ourselves so that we do not have to go to the doctor endlessly
For some people in America that becomes part of their regular schedule
As it then becomes “their lifestyle”
That’s in part why I cook my own food so much
Walk outside on the hills, out in the Sunshine, along rivers and creeks, in the woods, out in nature. Nature heals…
Not only do I lift weights still, but stay moving, active
That’s not a rant, it’s a personal share

We have to take care of ourselves just like we do our portfolios
There’s been some big winners here lately at theoptionscoach.net 
Take care of them, don’t allow those winners to turn into losers
