Pre Market JAN 7, 2025

“Stonkz” are green again here in the Pre Market today

Last night I woke up in the middle of the night and came into my office
That is in no way the norm for me, usually I sleep through the night
I think it was because of the excitement of an “adventure” that I’ll be embarking upon this Spring 😁 

What I did was watch the overnight action in the markets. 99% of the time that is like watching paint dry. With the exception of Sunday nights when the Futures are going for the new week. Now if there is big move, up or down, that is different, but the majority of nights that doesn’t happen that way

NVDA moved over night. Right now it’s up over 2.5%
I watched as the Volume went from 300K to 400K so on until after it reached over 1 Million, then 2 Million, then…… Think about that, “in the overnight session”
Right now it’s traded over 12 Million shares, and it’s still one hour until the market opens

TSLA is busy today too, to the downside. I share that to illustrate again why we don’t hold when stocks go red
