Stocks are flat / reddish here in the Pre Market today

Treasury Secretary Bessent has said that the tariff talks with China have stalled
At the moment I’m not seeing any new set ups that look favorable yet

My plan is to wait for one hour after the market opens, if any should emerge I’ll report back then
