Have you ever had “interesting neighbors”?
A long time ago, like “way back when” I’m talking about when I had a full head of hair, no beer belly but a belly full of beer…
There was a rental house just a few houses up from where I lived then that always had “characters” there

When I first got there, there were 3 Hispanic ladies that always had different Hispanic gentleman friends in and out every Friday night, none of them stayed long, but sure was friendly of them to allow all of those gentlemen to come visit……
After they moved out “Bob the Drunk” moved in. Bob was the nicest guy in the daylight… At night he drank, a lot, and one night he jumped into the middle of the street trying to stop moving cars yelling they were going to fast. A few neighbor men helped me in getting Bob out of the street until the police arrived. I hope he’s better today
Then we have “Brain Surgeon Bobby and his wife Suzy” ohhh and their 2 kids too
Bobby got a little settlement, did he put it in the bank? Nope
Buy a nice family car? Nope
He went out and got himself a “Bitchin Ride” I’m talking with a “boomin stereo” Spinners, all jacked up off the ground, what could go wrong?
It wasn’t long and his wife was driving it down the street, it caught fire, ( bolts came out of the fuel pump ) she panicked, screaming, I yanked her out of the thing, neighbors called 911..
No one got hurt…

That house may not of been haunted, but it sure seemed cursed….

I’ve had stocks that felt that way, and I bet that you have too
And right now with the government shutdown still in play this market could get “cursed” real quick
The other day I mentioned that we may go back to our Strangle strategy if Volatility reappears, well here we are again
Strangles are made for Volatility, they aren’t made for long term or directional investing
The object is for one side of the trade to go farther ITM than the other
If price stalls then the trade won’t work
A trader can either then close the losing side and ride the winning side
Or keep them both for protection
