With my own 2 eyes..

With my own

Hi traders, how are you today?

Here’s how the indexes did today
$DJI ( ▲ 0.14% )
$SPY ( ▲ 0.47% )
$QQQ ( ▲ 0.59% )

This morning I stepped outside to get some air and there was a couple walking in front of my house going up the street. “UP” is the operative adjective there

Well we said good morning and started chatting, they said they lived in the next subdivision over. I asked about their walk,’ here’s what they said “We walk every day rain or shine, we try for 45 - 60 minutes but on bad days we never go less than 30 minutes”
Wowwwww.. The gentlemen then shared that they are both “76 years young”….
That hill in front of my house? It’s the entire street, it’s at least a football field and a half and it’s straight UP, the entire way… I couldn’t make that up if I had too..
He told me it’s something they’ve always done and “Just never stopped” ….
And our man there, lets call him “Mr Go Get It” didn’t even have sneakers on, he was wearing OVERALL BIBS and HIKING BOOTS!!!!!! Like a farmer!!!!!!!!!!!! 👨‍🌾

Stocks can be that way, we call it “momentum”
And a few friends of ours saw that today

$AAPL ( ▲ 4.31% ) boom shakalaka…. 😁 This is one of the 824, 936 reasons I 💘 trading Options
This was my take on it today. Yes I closed this trade, nothing wrong with AAPL, I simply wanted the profits. If your new to Options they have what we call “leverage”
That means if a stock is up lets say 5%, the Options can be up 50% or more

$NVDA ( ▲ 3.93% ) had a heck of day, I’m still long from last week and am looking at adding new trades to it
Esp. Long Calls for OCT 17, 2025 at the 185, 190 and 195 strikes
NVDA has what we deem as “Fair Value” pricing going on right now in OCT, which is surprising after todays big move, but it does
Earnings isn’t until NOV 19, 2025

$META ( ▼ 1.63% ) what the heck man? C’mon Zuck, less play and more work buddy

$TSLA ( ▲ 1.91% ) There are 2 things Options traders NEED TO KNOW when trading TSLA
1st: Options strikes on it go in increments of 5
So like 5, 10, 15, 20 so on.. And there isn’t any in between, not the norm I know, but it is what it is
2nd: TSLA hates Gaps, it’s one of those weird stocks that just does. If that doesn’t make sense to you that’s okay, just don’t day trade it then, or trade it at all maybe
I like the ATM Calls on it for both OCT and NOV
No issues there
Another thing that’s noteworthy is that TSLA can be a make or break stock
Boom or bust, it can have some volatility at times and traders / investors should be aware of that
One way to offset that is to do “spreads” like Bull Call Spreads if bullish
Or put spreads if bearish
I plan on listing some of those in the next couple of days
Those will not only give you something of a safety net but reduce cost as well

$GE ( ▼ 0.04% ) I didn’t do anything with it today, little extended, and kind of wanting a small pullback first

$RDDT ( ▼ 2.62% )  😠 😠 If you read theoptionscoach.net yesterday you already know the rules, yes we still like if for the long term, but not when its red. No new entries here

It’s a beautiful day today, I think I’m going to go out and chop some wood, get outside if you can
